Shipping Procedure

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email as we begin processing it, which typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After that, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll get an email with tracking details. Shipping usually takes 5–7 working days (Monday - Friday). We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.

Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum timeframe, don’t worry as delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at support@strayanwear.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations

In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at support@strayanwear.com. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement.
